Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of brandofi.com and any work Brandofi® does for you unless a signed proposal says otherwise. If they clash, the signed proposal wins.
Scope and delivery
Each project has a written scope, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. Timelines depend on you sending feedback and materials on time.
Payment
We work to the payment schedule in the proposal, usually an advance to begin and the balance before final files or launch. Late payments can pause work.
Ownership
Once the final payment clears, you own the final deliverables made for you. We keep the right to reuse our own tools, code libraries and working files, and to show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the rights to any text, images, logos and other material you give us.
Liability
We work carefully, but we cannot promise specific business results such as sales or rankings. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
