Refund Policy

Our work is custom, so refunds depend on how far a project has got. This is the default. A signed proposal can set different terms.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we begin, the advance is refunded in full, less any payment-gateway fees.

After work has started

The advance covers time already spent. If you cancel midway, we refund the part of the advance that does not cover work completed, and you receive the files finished up to that point.

After delivery

Delivered work is not refundable. If something does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it at no cost.

Retainers

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 15 days written notice. The current month is not refunded.

How to ask

Email hello@brandofi.in with your project name. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
