Brandofi® is a digital studio based in New Delhi, India. This page explains what we collect when you use brandofi.com or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, email, phone number and the details of your project when you write to us by email or WhatsApp. We also see basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited) through standard server logs.

How we use it

To reply to you, scope and deliver work, send invoices, and improve this site. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Our team, and the tools we use to run the studio (email, messaging, hosting, payments). They process it only to provide their service to us. We share it with authorities only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Project records are kept for as long as the work and any legal or tax duty needs them. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within a year.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to hello@brandofi.in and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this page, the date above changes with it.
